Forrest Millheim began his career in financial services in 2002 with an independent agency in Las Vegas, where he quickly found purpose in helping individuals and families navigate insurance and retirement planning.

After relocating to Salt Lake City in 2008, Forrest spent several years with national insurance and investment firms as a product specialist and regional vice president. He traveled nationwide to coach financial advisors on best practices before choosing to return to direct client work—serving families, individuals, and business owners throughout the Mountain West.

He approaches each client’s situation like a puzzle, drawing on two decades of experience to craft solutions using annuities, insurance, estate planning strategies, long-term care planning, and investment management—all tailored to each client’s unique goals.
When he's not working, Forrest enjoys hiking Utah’s trails and snowboarding with his kids.

Ann Frandsen began her career in financial planning in 1990 in St. Louis, Missouri, where she quickly saw the impact thoughtful guidance could have on people’s financial futures. Over the years, she has been recognized by top-rated national carriers for her work in insurance-based planning and has served on multiple advisory boards for financial institutions—reflecting both her expertise and the respect of her peers.
Throughout the 1990s, Ann built a loyal client base in Missouri and Utah before relocating to Las Vegas in 1999, where she focused on helping educators and families prepare for retirement. She approaches each client with care and a personal touch, developing tailored strategies to support long-term financial goals.
Outside the office, Ann enjoys practicing yoga and riding her Harley-Davidson with her husband along Utah’s scenic highways.
